Open Office

Or: How cool is flexible working actually?!

Yes, Corona was and remains shit. But it has also brought some new momentum to the sometimes somewhat dusty German working reality. We are certainly not taking ourselves out of it.
Remote work, home office, open office and whatever you want to call the new working models and opportunities, they all have one thing in common: working life has become more flexible for us employees and the world of work has often become permanently more aligned with the reality of our lives.

Open Office at TSEP

We at TSEP are pleased to be able to announce that flexible workplace design has also become normal for us. We implement the Open Office principle as follows:
We have computers at our home base in Wolnzach, you have a NUC, i.e. a connection unit at your home. This means you can decide where you want to work 2 days a week. Even more so during the pandemic, of course. On the other 3 days, you will have a fully equipped desk in our modern offices at your disposal. And enough free coffee to get you through the day.

There is also flexitime!

Everyone is different. So it’s up to you whether you wake up with the first crowing of the rooster and start right away, or treat yourself to a good night’s sleep and only boot up the computer at 10 o’clock. Pretty nice, isn’t it? We think so too. That way, we all work at the times that feel best for us. And so we work in a better mood and more efficiently. And if the wine tasted too good on Thursday evening, we can work from the living room or dining room on Friday at 10 a.m., in our jogging bottoms, with a family pack of aspirin and a large pizza. That’s fine. That’s just how life works sometimes 😉
