We welcomed Lilly Heilmann as an intern for 6 months as part of her practical training at the Fachoberschule (FOS). At TSEP, she gained an insight into the work of an IT specialist in the company.
The student herself tells us how she experienced her internship and what she took away from it:
How did you like your internship at TSEP?
Lilly Heilmann: With a pleasant environment and helpful colleagues, I really enjoyed my internship.
What have you learned at TSEP, what insights have you gained into the company and and the work you were able to gain?
Heilmann: At TSEP, I learned to be more independent and to do my work reliably. During my internship, I was not only able to experience how an IT specialist works, but also what a professional working environment looks like.
What career plans do you have now?
Heilmann: The insights I gained at TSEP have strengthened my interest in studying in the IT sector and continuing my education in this direction.
What else would you like to get rid of?
As the communication is very open and allows for your own ideas, you feel very well perceived no matter what level you are at.
