What does a software company do when the power is cut off for an afternoon? It organizes a team-building event – in analogue form. Yes, that works!
Our team building was all about: How satisfied am I in my job and with the working atmosphere in my company? How is the cooperation with my colleagues? And what suggestions would I have for optimization?
We had Dr. Gerhard Vilsmeier, owner of ie Communications, as our guest. He led the seminar, in which feedback on TSEP was expressly requested, confidently in three languages: German, English and Bavarian!
After a few open discussion rounds and anonymous surveys, group work finally took place in small teams. Here, the employees were asked to imagine their company as a sailing boat and collect suggestions for the wind, the sun and the obstacles that should continue to drive the company forward in the future.
The results are exciting and will be incorporated into the future collaboration between TSEP and its team.
And we can reveal this much: In a survey on the topic of “How good do you feel in your job” and “Are you satisfied with the teamwork?”, the results were encouraging.
